General InformationAs all my items are handmade they may vary slightly from the display photos - no two will be the same so you are guaranteed a unique piece of finery.
All items that fall above the legal weight for hallmarking will bear my makers mark alongside the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark. Please refer to my Hallmarking page for further information.
Hand Stamped Products:
Hand stamped items are made by impressing a shape into metal using a hammer. The force required to achieve this may cause slight marks on the underside of the item - this is not a fault, it is an agreed condition of a handmade item.
Most blanks used for my handstamped items are made from aluminium or copper, if an item is made from a different material it will be stated in the item description.
Personalised handstamped items will be created EXACTLY as you have requested on your order. Please check spellings, dates, times etc carefully. If I see what appears to be an obvious typo I will check this with you. If I have not had a reply within 24 hours I will presume that the order is correct.
I'm afraid that any mistakes made on your part cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All chain and findings that I use in my jewellery intended for skin contact confirm to EU nickel regulations.
Due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. I strive to make my photographs as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
Due to the nature of the product components that I sell they are not safe to give to small children. Children should be supervised at all times if using these products.
All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail Signed For.
For PayPal orders I will only post to the address shown on PayPal.
Delivery costs & timescales vary depending on weight and items ordered.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Personalised items are not covered by the standard 30-day cancellation policy. You may cancel your order for personalised items only if I haven't started making them. If I have started no refund for the cancellation will be made. If items have been bought specifically for your purchase but no work has begun, then the cost of these items will be deducted from the refund.
If you have received a damaged item it is your responsibility to inform me within 14 days from receipt. This will include sending photographic evidence. If there is anything missing from your order you will need to notify me within 14 days of receipt. Once photographic evidence has been received and I determine that the item is damaged, I will issue a replacement. If this is not possible a refund will be given. Mistakes made on your part will not be refunded or replaced.
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any other reason and it is a standard, non-personalised item you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days.
If you do wish to return any products, you must contact me within 14 days from receipt of the item. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed me of your intentions, your right to cancel will be revoked.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in the same saleable condition that it was sent.
You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any costs of returns - it is advised that you send via a traceable method (e.g. RM signed for).
Goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or in an unsalable condition will not be refunded.
Earrings cannot be returned unless they are damaged on arrival due to hygiene reasons.
